The Challenge
A leading telecom infrastructure solutions provider needed a Value Added Reseller to efficiently manage the changing supply chain needs of their customer, a leading global telecom company.
The Solution
OES provided EDI interfacing, forecast/order/inventory management, and customized reporting to both client and customer. The customer placed orders through OES, who processed the orders with the infrastructure provider, managed inventory (from order through fulfillment), and provided invoicing.
The Impact
With the implementation of this program, OES has ordered, managed, and fulfilled almost 7 million units and provided hundreds of millions of dollars in Service-Disabled Veteran and Minority diversity spend to the client's customer.
